Mia James jumped in at the deep end and used all our previous experience to purchase its first property which was extended, renovated and sold for £1.2m

NOVEMBER 2021

Natasha became an interior advisor.

FEBUARY 2022

Mia James construction and interiors was established.

AUGUST 2022

Mia James Interiors opening its first interiors shop in the heart of Bramhall, Cheshire.

NOVEMBER 2022

New shareholder and construction manager Robert newton was brought into the company.

DECEMBER 2022

Contract award for 1.7m barn new build in Woodford, Cheshire.

August 2023

Mia James was awarded a contract to build x 2 extensions, internal refurbishment and monumental landscaping project.

December 2023

Mia james was awarded a contract to completely renovate a dated period home in the heart of Cheshire, consisting of a large rear double story extention, new roof, curtain wall facade, UFH, new kitchen, windows and doors and complete internal refurbishment.

February 2024

Mia James was awarded a contract to to build a two story rear extention in Cheshire.
