Mia James worked in conjunction with our bespoke shop fitting partner Cardinal to create a unique space in the new JD store in Leeds, our remit was to replicate the achievements of William Henry Bragg who was instrumental in enhancing the technology around the X-ray Machine, Mia James was instructed to replicate this technology into our products, so we set out to create bespoke translucent furniture so that this achievement from a Leeds based professor of physics could be celebrated.

From concept design Mia James’s team began to formulate a product that would truly replicate Professor Braggs achievements, we created a product with an internal frame so that this would replicate the human body and, therefore, stand out against the backdrop of the products themselves, incorporating this locally recognised professor into the theme of the store.

Mia James consulted our client from concept to installation and was instrumental in executing this project.

Mia James manufactured products in-house, delivered, and installed on-site offering our turn-key services in both domestic and commercial markets.
