If you use the voice option on our “describe your project” tool, your recording is sent to OpenAI to convert it to text. We do not keep a copy of the audio once it has been transcribed; only the resulting text is used, in the same way as if you had typed it. You can always type instead of using voice.

- Essential — always active. These make the site work, remember your cookie choices, and help keep our forms secure. They do not track you for advertising, and under UK law they do not require consent.
- Analytics — set only if you allow them. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google acting as our processor) to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Marketing — set only if you allow them. We may use the Meta Pixel (Meta) and the TikTok Pixel (TikTok), acting as our processors, to measure and improve our advertising and to recognise when an advert led to an enquiry.
We do not load any analytics or marketing cookie, or send any data to these providers, until you have given consent for that category. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to each provider’s settings (for example, Google Analytics retains user-level data for up to 14 months). We keep our own record of your consent choice so we can demonstrate it was given.

We use your personal information to provide you with information about our services, respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about your project. We may also use your information for internal business purposes, such as improving our website and services.
